Radisson Aquatica Resort Barbados - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Radisson Aquatica Resort Barbados:
It's been a few years since I've stayed at this hotel and despite a warm welcome I was disappointed that my balcony door was broken and unopenable. Apparently the hotel was full, but the reception staff managed to find me a room an hour later to move to. I appreciated this but not the attitude I got from one of the reception staff members. The hotel is great, but it definitely needs an update. The rooms are old and haven't been renovated in a long time. However, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. There are two amazing beaches on either side of the hotel where you can see horses taking a bath on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays on one side, and swim with sea turtles on the other side.
