Cafe Sol offers some of the best Mexican food in Bimbar.

Whenever I am in BIM, this is my favorite restaurant to visit. I adore the atmosphere, decor, ambiance, and the beautiful ocean view from my table. The menu is fantastic with a wide variety of options. If I am in the mood for a full meal, I always go for the Cancun Combo or the pork enchiladas. However, my absolute favorite dish is the potato shrimp cakes - I can never visit without indulging in them. The drink specials are also a great deal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting BIM who is looking to experience delicious Caribbean/Mexican fusion cuisine.

Great food, great atmosphere and cheap! Happy hour is 5 6pm and 10 11pm. We went at 5 and saw the sunset, Marcus our server was great! Get the pink guava margarita if you like it sweet. Had the shrimp salad portions are big! Great vibes, small place so get there fairly early as no reservations.
