The staff could be more welcoming, and they frequently run out of various menu items. Additionally, their lobby hours are quite limited. Overall, the quality of the restaurant has unfortunately declined. On a side note, I find it frustrating that if you order two quarts of ice cream instead of one, you end up paying a penny more. It’s $7.99 for a quart and $15.99 for two. I wonder how many people actually notice that pricing discrepancy.
This is a great place for a quick meal! The bacon was a bit overcooked, but I guess that's preferable to it being undercooked. Unfortunately, the coffee was pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but my iced vanilla coffee tasted more like black coffee with milk. Overall, it was a letdown.
I visited this restaurant this morning and found it difficult to decide what to order. The two young ladies and a young man named Jerry were extremely patient, polite, and helpful. They suggested the Signature Caramel Craze Latte with extra caramel, as well as the Speck Omelet Bites and a coffee roll. Everything was delicious! I will definitely return.
Edit: I'm back again, and it's not even 9 PM, yet the place is closed. I guess the employees are just making up their own hours now.
I think they intentionally keep this place quite cold inside to make you less inclined to stay. The drive-thru is a convenient option, but the parking lot could use some repainting so that people can see where the parking spots actually are, as they aren’t located directly in front of the store.
