The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. However, I often find myself encountering new faces during my visits, which may mean they don't have enough training. Their knowledge of the menu and prices seems somewhat inconsistent each time I go. That said, the cooking is always spot on, and the food is genuinely good. This morning for breakfast served there and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that was not grilled at all. When I returned to get a refund, I was greeted unprofessionally and was told that I could not get my original entrance for other items, I bought sandwich on the return of the cheese. The cash register was very rude. Was always able to use several gift cards on my purchase, but this time the cashier said I couldn't. When she asked to separate my purchase, she said she had already upset him and can't change him anymore. Then they made my order wrong. Never back.
I ordered cold coffee drinks for the first time, and I won't be doing that again. They had an overpowering flavor that reminded me of the coffee house itself. The donuts were decent, but overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The worker then aggressively beat the drink out of the window and splashed over my vehicle and I'm just waiting for companies to return my call. This individual should not be a trader who shows this kind of behavior.
Terrible customer service and the female cashier did everything in her power to give me and my daughter a hard time just trying to grab breakfast. I was shocked that the cashier would be so rude.
My Wife loves the Matcha lattes. We have always loved the Boston Cream. Their breakfast sandwiches are also up with the best of them. Nowhere else can you get all three.
