While some diners lament poor service, delayed orders, and a lack of traditional offerings like Dr. Pepper, others cherish the nostalgic charm and enjoy the casual atmosphere. A notable highlight includes the enthusiastic management and interactions that have, at times, redeemed otherwise lackluster visits. However, many express disappointment over inconsistencies in service and cleanliness, reflecting a need for improved management. Despite these issues, some families found joy, proving that experiences can vary widely.
The staff at this restaurant did an excellent job providing table service, even though it is not something they are accustomed to doing. A+ for effort!
Service really sucked. Good was terrible. They burnt the clam strips. We had wait for them to make another batch. We should gotten our other food. Food was cold
Been going for valentines day for over ten years. By far the worst wait staff. Not dressed appropriately, not courteous. They were not rude, just not the same atmosphere as previous years.
Valentine’s Day annual visit and this was by far the worst time we ever had. So much so that we decided not to return next year
The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day. The servers were polite and elegantly dressed. They brought the bouquet I had requested to our table, although I had to remind them. However, we noticed that very few dishes were being served to other tables and some customers were leaving. After waiting nearly an hour for our food order, we left in frustration.
