This was our first time eating at fazoli’s and we were both pretty happy with it. The food was very good, full of delicious flavors. You’re given unlimited breadsticks, beverage refills you do on your own, you order your food at the counter and you’re given a number then your food is brought to you after it is made fresh. What Maggie doesn't like about Fazoli's:
Spent half hr in drive thru. Finally got to order when i got to the window had to reorder. AGAIN they only gave me a half order of the double stack lasagna and never gave me anything to eat it with. The bread sticks were stale, again. They need serious help that this place. Worst one of these places around . Total waste of time and money! View all feedback.
