The food was delicious and served hot, and the customer service was exceptionally friendly.
My husband went to the restaurant two and a half hours before closing time and wanted to order a 12-piece chicken meal without white meat. However, he was informed that they were already cleaning for the night and couldn't fulfill his request. He then asked if he could pay for anything they would make, suggesting that if they could put together an order, he would cover the cost. The manager told him that they were only serving whatever was left and wouldn't be making anything additional. This is disappointing, especially in the north end of Bridgeport, where the business should be thriving and focused on making a profit rather than just shutting down for the night.
I had the worst experience ever at a KFC. After hours of driving, all we wanted was a quick meal, so we decided to stop here. Unfortunately, there was no soda, no ice, and only iced tea available. They didn’t have bottled water or any chicken—basically, there was almost nothing to choose from. While I understand this isn’t the employees’ fault, it’s ultimately the manager’s responsibility. I won’t be coming back, but I hope they fix these issues because they’re likely to lose more customers. On top of that, the men's bathroom was out of order.
I've been a loyal customer of this KFC for years and have always appreciated the excellent service. However, my visit today was disappointing. The food quality was subpar, and my sides were forgotten. While the service remained acceptable, I attempted to call and report the missing items but received no answer. Unfortunately, I couldn't return to pick up the sides, so I feel like I wasted my money. Management needs to take these issues seriously as I'm quite let down.
