Openly talking about how... read more Store manager is miserable. Watching her berate her employees in front of other employees and in front of guests is so unprofessional. Openly talking about how poor someone is doing or someone did, and about firing them if their next shift doesn’t go well is disgusting. If there is a knowledge gap in someone’s training, coach on it and retrain. Your team is a reflection of you, so act as such. Kudos to the employees who work there and put up with that. I ordered 50 munchkins which is about $14 and I got 30 so I went back in with it, because I want what I paid for and she stomped back rolled her and goes here you go there’s more than 50 now and just stormed away with a whole attitude, I wasn’t mad or anything but now I’m laughing at an idiot that can’t count to 50?Maybe next time she’ll learn to count. I can only imagine how she is in the real world if this is how she is in “fast food”.
