It was delicious and well-prepared. The service was also good, earning a solid 4 out of 5 for its efficiency and friendliness. However, I found the atmosphere of the restaurant to be lacking, which is why I would rate it only a 2 out of 5. Overall, a great dining experience in terms of food and service, but the ambiance could use some improvement.
The salad was served warm, and my order was incorrect. It had to be redone twice. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get things right when there's someone right in front of you specifying their preferences. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
Annoyed and angry, After ordering on the app to pick up mine and my partner's dinner for a set time, I arrived on time to see no staff and nothing prepared, I waited 20 minutes before having to ask a different shop if it was even open. Once they immerged from the back room there was no apology just a statement saying one of our orders was out of stock, fine so I changed it to an order quite abit cheaper, as I get my order I ask about the price difference and would I get a refund, no you don't get a refund but I could have a packet of crisps or a drink, none of which came to the price I paid and again no apology. I gave 2 stars though because it still tastes nice it was the careless staff that took the other 3 stars away.
