I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this restaurant. I had to wait a long time to be served, despite several employees making eye contact with me without communicating. When I finally got assistance, the person I suspect was the manager spoke to me rudely. To make matters worse, I ended up receiving the wrong order. Amazing customer service. These young adults and teens should be applauded for their effort and attention to the customer service that they provide. Such a busy store and they are always working so hard to try to keep the customers happy. Well done to the hard working team at Hungry Jack’s Arana Hills.
Chloe the “manager” there is so rude! If you can’t do your job or want to work there…step aside so someone else can have the opportunity, your obviously too young and lack experience or kindness to your customer who pay your wage!!Absolute rubbish customer service!!!
Don't order through the menulog from Arana hills hungry jacks. Three times we have ordered through them and each time there has been something missing. Tonight we received our order and once again our chips from our meals were missing along with nuggets. When my husband went to the restaurant to see what happened they turned around and said it wasn't their problem and to take it up with the menu log and that they had no meat left to make the order again...all well and good but how is it that it only happens when we order at hunger jacks???
Wife ordered a meal for ourselves and our child. Except what actually came was half the order. And none of our child’s food. Drove out to Hungry jacks myself after pissing the money away to get food delivered. And was told by the manager I would have to get it sorted through Menulog. Refused a refund Manager claims the order can’t be remade even if they wanted because “we don’t have the meat” No apologies were offered. Just a shrug of the shoulders and a “not our problem” That is some disgraceful service to the brand. And I’m not generally unreasonable but this happens every.time I order hungry jacks through Menulog from this store. Never is my order messed up when I go to store myself. I don’t blame Menulog. Because any other time I order food elsewhere I get my order. Just seems to be this store does not take any care with the Menulog orders presumably because who cares.. they don’t have to see the customer anyway. But the “service” I received tonight has cemented the idea that I will not be going near this Hungry Jacks again
