The chicken tenders were dry and the fries tasted like grease... YUK!! And the woman behind the counter forgot to give us butter for the biscuits. When I went back inside to ask her for some, she says, did you ask for it? WHAT? who givesbiscuits with no butter? Oh well.. NEVER going back there again. And i WAS gonna go to popeyes! Damn! It came out to $18.

The drive-thru intercom often fails to detect waiting cars, which leaves you stranded and without any communication, only to be told later that you need to go around again. The customer service here is lacking. The store manager, Kristen, seems more focused on timing the drive-thru than on providing actual assistance to customers. She does not set a good example for her staff. It's hard to understand how she was chosen as a lead, given that she clearly lacks the necessary skills, patience, and understanding for effective management. I would recommend steering clear of this location. Many other reviews mention similar issues, highlighting good food but consistently poor service.
