Each time I've ordered... read more The service has been quite disappointing recently. The woman with glasses is particularly unfriendly, and the food is always served cold. Each time I've ordered, the fries are undercooked, and there seem to be constant mistakes with our orders. Instead of addressing these issues, it feels like they only make things worse. They really need to improve. Food rating: 1/5.

He was very ni... read more I ordered a bake potato and the manager opened te drive thru window and explained they have a new employee and she forgot to put the potatoes in. He was very nice and offered me anything on the menu. I decided on cheese and bacon fries. He actually brought me two orders of the fry’s. He was very apologetic. I was happy with my substitute and I understand everyone makes mistakes b N the whole incident was handled very professionally.
