Sometimes everything is perfect, but other times there are a few issues. However, I need to raise a complaint about my recent experience. The waffle fries looked and tasted as if they had been thawed rather than fried. Additionally, the coconut shrimp in my tacos was similarly disappointing—there was no crunch at all. I understand that things can get busy and that it's hard to find help, but I would have preferred to be told that my order couldn’t be fulfilled rather than receiving what I got.

The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is excellent. I highly recommend it!
