I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts around five times, and each time there has been a problem with my order. I always place my order in person, yet something always seems to go wrong. Today was my final visit; I think it's time for me to find a different breakfast place.
This is my favorite Dunkin' stop on my way to work! During weekday mornings, it's typically the same two women behind the counter, and they are always incredibly nice. I highly recommend using the Dunkin' app to order ahead. Since it’s often just the two of them working, there can be a line in the store. However, when I order ahead, my coffee is always ready and waiting for me on the counter when I walk in.
I have repeatedly faced issues with the espresso machine at this place. It often appears to be out of service for "cleaning" during open hours, which is quite annoying. I can never order a latte within two hours of closing time. This is a ridiculous business practice that I've never experienced at any other restaurant or café that serves food and drinks.
The selection of donuts is often incomplete, and they don’t offer blueberry donuts. Additionally, customers are not permitted to use the public restrooms. My online order, which included two drinks and two donuts, took about 30 minutes to prepare.
