During weekday mornings, it's typically the same two women behind the counter, and they are always incredibly nice. I highly recommend using the Dunkin' app to order ahead. Since it’s often just the two of them working, there can be a line in the store. However, when I order ahead, my coffee is always ready and waiting for me on the counter when I walk in.

It often appears to be out of service for "cleaning" during open hours, which is quite annoying. I can never order a latte within two hours of closing time. This is a ridiculous business practice that I've never experienced at any other restaurant or café that serves food and drinks.
