At this neighborhood sandwich shop, experiences vary widely: several customers praise fresh ingredients, polite, fast staff and convenient service for travelers, while a troubling health inspection exposed pest activity, food debris, and structural gaps that prompted a voluntary closure, deep cleaning and licensed pest treatments. Management response to illness reports drew criticism. The restaurant offers classic subs, wraps and a soda station, but safety concerns must be fully resolved and verified before it can regain trust.

The two employees present when I stopped by were very patient with my stupid requests and even offered a few other suggestions to get my order cheaper. The food was good, they were fast, and friendly.
One of the best subs my husband I have ever ate! Everything was soooo fresh, we got the Turkey Ham sub with delicious fresh veggies.On Fathers Day! We were out of town watching our grands in a Baseball Tournament got hungry. Thank you for your wonderful customer service! We would recommend this location to All!
I was delighted to stop in to your Brewster Subway on my way through town. It was very clean and the young man that waited on me was polite and friendly. Another young man was there that was wiping of off counters. So many Subways are not clean and the workers just lack customer service. Thanks for the good job you are doing. Janice T Canal Fulton, OH
After eating the wrap, I started to feel bloated and uncomfortable about two hours later. I had to go to the bathroom, and let me tell you, it wasn’t pretty for the rest of the night and into the early morning. Feeling weak, I still went to work and called Subway to report what had happened. Unfortunately, the manager was indifferent. He didn't ask any questions and simply stated that it takes three complaints before they take any action. His dismissive and unprofessional attitude was frustrating. I reached out to inform you that I got sick from what was supposed to be fresh food, and instead of receiving understanding, I was met with condescension. It's safe to say I won't be returning, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with others.
