Mcdonald's - BREWSTER

Here’s my review of the fast food restaurant—feel free to form your own opinion. It wasn’t too busy during my visit, which was nice. However, they could improve their cleanliness. Other than that, I think they’re doing a great job!

It's McDonald's—what else can I say? Yum! Seriously, though, I've never had any problems here. I order through the app, and my food is always ready and correct when I arrive. The staff is friendly and helpful, which really stands out, especially considering the challenges they face on this specific block.

The fries were excellent, but the burger could have been a bit fresher. The service was friendly. This was my first visit, so I may provide an update after a few more visits.

I recently ordered lunch from this restaurant, and I couldn't be more pleased. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5! I highly recommend trying the Chicken McNuggets, Cheeseburger, and Big Mac – they were all delicious. The service was equally impressive, also scoring a perfect 5. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the takeout process smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant deserves a 5 as well. Even though I got my meal to go, the vibe was welcoming and pleasant. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of space available and free options nearby. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return for more!

I've always been a happy customer at this McDonald's, but that changed tonight. When I asked through the drive-thru if they had a strawberry banana smoothie (which is on the menu), the staff laughed and snickered in my face. They responded with laughter and said they didn't have it, despite it being listed on the app and the menu. It made me feel uncomfortable and I don't trust the food they served me. Now, I'll have to go to a different McDonald's to reorder my meal. This is completely unprofessional. McDonald's, you need to do better.
