Long lines only one person working the counter. Other employees were there but didn't jump in to help.
I truly appreciate their food. The customer service is consistently outstanding. The restaurant is always spotless, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!
The restaurant was quite clean, and although the service could be better, the staff were very friendly.
Had a gut feeling this was a mistake and it was. They charged me for someone else's item, proceeded to charge me for mine. And couldn't do the refund. The cashier was also wiping their face then served my munckins. I know it's busy but pay attention. Next time I'll spend more and hit up Grounds.
