The wait time is usually just a few minutes, as the staff works quickly and efficiently, like a well-oiled machine, preparing bagel halves, donuts, and coffee. Every morning, a delightful woman of Eastern European descent greets me with warm smiles. Some days, I wish I could stay and serve donuts and coffee instead of heading off to work. Had a gut feeling this was a mistake and it was. They charged me for someone else's item, proceeded to charge me for mine. And couldn't do the refund. The cashier was also wiping their face then served my munckins. I know it's busy but pay attention. Next time I'll spend more and hit up Grounds. View all feedback.
Long lines only one person working the counter. Other employees were there but didn't jump in to help.
I truly appreciate their food. The customer service is consistently outstanding. The restaurant is always spotless, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!
