At this restaurant, poor service has left many patrons frustrated and disappointed. Regular customers have faced wrongful accusations of theft from staff, with insufficient apologies and difficulty in contacting management. The atmosphere is further marred by rudeness, particularly in instances where advertised amenities, like a Costa coffee machine, are unavailable. While the establishment's late-night beer availability offers a slight reprieve, it does little to compensate for the overall negative experience. The combination of inattentive staff and inadequate service creates a dining environment that many would prefer to avoid, prompting calls for change within this establishment.
I have no complaints. Every time I have driven from London to Glasgow, they have had LPG in stock and the pump was working.
The service at this restaurant is appalling! My husband has been visiting this BP station regularly for fuel and drinks in the mornings. On two separate occasions, he has been wrongly accused of being a thief by the staff, only to be apologized to later with the excuse "sorry, my friend, the thief looks like you." How can they accuse someone without even checking if it's the right person? When my husband asked for the manager's contact information, he was given two numbers - one didn't work and the other was answered by someone who questioned how he got the number. This behavior is unacceptable and will be reported in the newspapers.
Just fuelled up here. Went to use toilet, looks like they haven’t been cleaned in over a month, absolutely disgusting Update: had an email stating BP carline would contact me in 7 days. What a surprise this hasnt happened. I contacted BP who stated they know nothing about it and this is an independently owened station so nothing they will do. FANTASTIC (NOT!!! customer service and satisfaction. AVOID THIS STATION.
Great service not overly expensive either
Thank you for the customer service received today. I had trouble with LPG on my van and the lady on the till was extremely helpful and also the lady who served me in Greggs. Please pass on my thanks
