came in tonight. new owner. Now, she moved up with her cook to make sure that we have the best meals, even if the kitchen is not completely on camp due to the circumstances beyond her control. I am flabbergasted by how rude the manager Helen is. I have never experienced customer service like this and Marstons really need to review her position. I feel so sorry for the staff that work under her. I had left a review on TripAdvisor and her response is a massive lie and even called my most excellent, well behavied 10 Yr old daughter disrespectful. I suggest dining there undercover to see for yourselves.
