I returned to t... read more I ordered a 3-piece meal through the drive-thru, but when I received it, the pieces were so small they looked like they were meant for a pigeon! I returned to the restaurant, and the staff was very apologetic. They replaced my meal with much larger pieces and even gave me free fries and cookies as a sorry for the trouble. I really appreciated their kindness. This would have been a 5-star experience if not for the initially tiny portions.

Based on past experiences, we... read more I took my granddaughter to the KFC in Brewer, Maine for dinner tonight. We ordered a K9 meal with four chicken tenders and a K10. Based on past experiences, we checked the order bag for utensils, and, as expected, there were none. We also forgot to check for napkins, and there were none of those either. When we opened the bag, we discovered that the K9 only contained three tenders instead of the four I had paid for. To make matters worse, my granddaughter noticed that I was charged 10 cents for the bag our order came in. While I think the food is quite good, I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the service at this restaurant. Charging me for a bag while failing to provide utensils, napkins, and messing up my order feels like a complete rip-off.
