Hygiene issues — frozen sandwiches, dirty restrooms and inconsistent glove use — have been reported. Overall, a convenient, well‑managed stop with fresh food and good portions but some operational and cleanliness improvements needed.

After a reasonable wait of about 15 minutes to place my order, the payment process went quickly. However, I was quite upset by the loud and inappropriate language I overheard coming from inside the restaurant. It was obviously the manager's girlfriend or wife, and he eventually leaned over the counter to ask her to tone it down. I appreciated that, especially since I had my young child with me. To make matters worse, I got home only to discover that I hadn't received all of my food. Perhaps if the manager hadn't been occupied with his partner, he might have noticed that the order was incomplete.
My meat was not cooked???
I visited the drive-through to try the new sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin they were advertising. However, by the time I got halfway home, I discovered that the McMuffin bread was frozen! You would think the person preparing it would have noticed the bread was frozen while putting on the cooked egg and meat. I wouldn't recommend trying it! I usually go there often, or I would have given a one-star review.
Never get orders right or missing something every time
We had a good time here with our choices made to order quickly and fresh. Service was good and the dining room was clean. If you haven't dipped the fries into the frosty you gotta try it at Wendy's :
