What Kenneth MR Cruz doesn't like about Dugan's Pub:
The experience here was good! Server was very attentive and always kept up on everything we needed. I ordered a French dip sandwich and it wasn't great. The roast beef had really been cooked through and was too done. It was just dry. The au juice was salty beyond belief. Everything else was so extremely salty. It was kind of hard to eat it. The beers were priced well and had a big selection of drinks to make up for i... View all feedback.
Since my last visit we were over a year. broke for the cowboy burger and wobble rings. absolutely delicious. burger has speculated, wobble ring, bbq sauce, tomato and salat. the baper rings are large, but slightly broken, crispy and sweet. dugans has a beautiful large 3 side bar area. large screen television everywhere. also outside the seat. a favorite place. the staff was friendly and served my eating as desired. Young, I missed coming here.
Party of four, waitress couldn't get us satisfied. She kept forgetting everything we asked for, probably because she had one other table of about 15 people and she stood at the end of their table supplying their every need. The food had a lot to be desired. The others at least ate their food (sandwiches) but I couldn't eat the fish and chips that I ordered. The breading on the fish was hard on the outside and wet on the inside and The fish itself had no flavor. The hush puppies were gooey on the inside and the fries were minimal. We did not have a good experience leading me to believe this is a place to go to drink, not to eat.
The pork is there, the chicken is also really good. I would recommend to everyone to look at dugans.
A short walk from the inner city, a great local pub atmosphere, many natives hanging outside, watching college football made for a fun stop. large selection of be on tap, along with good versions of the standard pig dub we had a very delicious cured bark, and some beautiful slides. try the cheese curds, so light and tasty. faster friendly service also.
It's just a pub, but it's a very friendly place. the bartender came out to discuss the Bourbon selection with me what I always appreciate. it is a little confusing to get from the parking deck to the door. but.
