Had the vegan tofu sandwich, which was surprisingly good! An easy, fast meal for pretty cheap. I also had one of their desserts, some sort of fruit cake. The vegan options are labeled, but the shopkeeper also pointed to desserts that weren’t labeled vegan when I asked which ones were... not sure if she knew exactly what “vegan” means. Trovar opzioni vegane in Alto Adige è una missione quasi impossibile, ma questa panetteria è un paradiso! Vegan Brioches di tutti i tipi, krapfen con vari tipi di ripieno e anche i dolci tipici linzer in chiave vegana. Lo consiglio vivamente.

A lot of options! The Krapfen with vanilla custard filling was quite good, but not special.
