All that 's needed is fresh lemon juice, extra-virgi... read more I particularly love the Italian crudo (sushi) di ricciola but the scampi and gambero rosso are also divine. All that 's needed is fresh lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and of course a glass of the local Franciacorte sparkling wine to be transported to paradise!!! The fritto misto (fried fish, calamari and prawns) is also delicious as is the pizza, which is made thin and crusty. The restaurant is festive and clean, although a bit outside the city center but well worth the trip.
