Would give zero stars if it let me. Wendy 's IN BRENTWOOD TOWN SQUARE... AVOID AT ALL COST. Literally the worst experience ever. Only 2 other people inside and we waited for over 30 minutes for food, which was cold, by the time we got it. In Addition, My son was missing nuggets and his frosty was completely warm and melted. The line was super long. The drive thru attendant was slow to acknowledge Mr. They were out of fries and chicken nuggets. And then when I asked for a receipt, they told me their machines were down. IMO this Wendy's needs managed better.
Both the lady with the grey hair and the one with the long nails who work in the morning are awesome. I've been a regular for a few weeks and wanted to save my review to see how my collective visits have gone, no complaints whatsoever. Thanks guys!
This place Is excellent because 1. You can go inside unlike the stupid Lebanon church Wendy's location. 2 their baked potatoes are good 3. Their frosty machine works unlike stupid McDonald's a block away that doesn't have ice cream or shakes. Machine broke for years
Was so bad made me throw up. got kicked out bc manager REFUSED to put bacon on my jr bacon cheese burger. never go here. EVER!
Very nasty manger very rude. Everytime I come I get pulled up and have to wait a long time and I still have to come in to remind them I’m waiting . They made me wait and still gave me cold old fries and messed up my sandwiches
