This locations incompetence is immeasurable. It took 45 minutes for the to give me the plain burger I paid for. Gave it to me wrong 3 times too, all while the idiot working the grill has the audacity to argue if it was ordered plain. If your looking for fast food, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This McDonald's is usually busy but never had a mistake in the order.
Terrible customer service and my McFlurry was filled half way. And the worst part the line took forever and I had to listen to the lady who was supposed to be taking my order talk about her own issues because she did not know how to mute her microphone. Dissatisfied. Disappointed. Never coming back. I hope they close down forever.
Hasn't had ice cream/shakes/mc flurries for months. The staff is rude and the orders are wrong 8 out of 10 times. Wendys from now on.
