We went there for morning coffee before shopping last Saturday. We were welcomed by a smiling, very nice young lady, Monika. After a short conversation, she served us a really good coffee. A pleasant, cozy place for a moment of relaxation, polite service, friendly atmosphere and the taste of well-brewed coffee meant that we did not want to leave. What O Traylor doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Very rude and unfriendly. They told a black man in front of me “we close in 30min” when he asked what do you have that’s good. I was told “we close in 10min, but you can go to Starbucks up the way.” If any of my employees were condescending towards my patrons for asking a simple question they would no longer be employed with us. Going there very often and always find the staff very friendly and helpful especially the gentleman Bart. The coffee is anyways out of this world
Called in for coffee and a light snack, staff were very good, friendly and polite. Coffee was a good standard and well prepared. Would recommend.
Stopped here to get four drinks before getting the train to central London. Staff took our order quickly and provided the drinks efficiently. Usual quality taste from Nero . Based on my one and only experience I’d recommend them .
