I was hungr... read more What should I write if you're on holiday, you just have to look for the nose and look for what could taste good. Unfortunately, it didn't work here. I was hungry for a delicious Italian pizza.. It didn't work. From the ordered pizza, unfortunately, a thin flame cake. In the middle of my pizza I had no more dough floor, but pure cheese. The whole pizza was lit and unfortunately does not even go through as a small snack. The price performance is no longer correct, because for almost 10 euros per pizza I also expect one. I would recommend avoiding this place.

The service in general was wonderful but Kirsten was really top notch. Great location, easy train access. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Bremen area.

Informed them 32 days in advance Zero Empathy for Surgery! "I am writing this from my bed, 13 days after a major surgery for a Trimalleolar fracture. I have multiple plates and screws in my leg, and I am strictly prohibited from flying due to high embolism risk. What is absolutely shocking about Dorint City Hotel Bremen (and specifically Ms. Lankenau and Ms.Hinck is their total lack of professional ethics. I informed the hotel exactly 32 DAYS BEFORE my check in date booked by booking.com about this medical emergency and my surgical reports. This gave them more than enough time to re sell the rooms. Despite my month long notice and official medical proof (Medicana International Hospital , they refuse to show any flexibility or refund. Even Pegasus Airlines recognized this as 'Force Majeure ' and issued a refund immediately. Es ist eine Schande, dass ein deutsches Hotel eine nachgewiesene medizinische Notlage und eine 32 tägige Vorankündigung ignoriert. If you want a hotel that values human health and follows fair business ethics, AVOID this place. They prioritize keeping your money over a proven medical impossibility. Shame on you @Dorint_Hotels!
