I was there yesterday with my wife. We had Kimsambok, Bulgogi and Yukgaejang. All dishes were very peaceful, but above all the Yukgaejang. You could taste immediately that the soup was not made so spontaneous. Put a lot of time and effort behind the soup. There are also such cor in Frankfurt. Restaurants rare. Look forward to my next visit to Bremen or Kimchi View all feedback.
What Bo Howell doesn't like about Kimchi:
kimchi is next to the Korean house the only Korean restaurant in crès. kimchi is called as korean on the wise a preparation of vegetables on the basis of the lactic acid fermentation: in good weather they can also sit outside in the rather small restaurant. positiw also: some dishes can be prepared at the table with a table grill. they also receive friendly support from the service. the dishes can be quite sharp, but... Kimchi is a small, 100% Korean restaurant near the center of Bremen. Very cozy place and good food for a fair price. All Korean classics are in the menu: Bibimbap, tteokbokki, Bulgogi, Japchae and more. A person serves the whole restaurant! But she makes it quick and friendly.
This restaurant is really nice. Service, tasty, atmosphere, etc
One of the very few culinaric gems in Bremen. It offers true Korean kitchen, is a very warm and relaxing place to be (if you manage to get a table). You'd better like garlic and hot seasoning but if you do, you will be totally satisfied. I guess I had everything from the card during the last years, and though Bulgogi is my favorite, directly followed by the omelette, I have never been disappointed. If I were to be very picky, I would mention that the rice is not the best I've ever seen but it still gets 4 stars, and it might not be fair to compare it to a Thai Jasmine AAAAA. You would most likely not get that in Korea, neither.
Amazingly delicious and especially authentic Korean cuisine! We definitely come back
