T... read more From the outside, the unhold is very inconspicuous, although it has no reason to hide. A simple, art-oriented interior suggests that the focus is on the food. The ladies serving were always present and in a very good mood, even though the dining room was completely booked. We had the full program, from aperitifs to digestifs, and there was also something to eat in between. Everything was beautifully presented, delicately flavored, subtly seasoned, surprisingly combined, and exclusively handmade. Price and quality are absolutely balanced here. We had a very pleasant evening, and the unhold deserves every cent. A gem at Humboldtstrasse 136; here the show takes place on the plate.

The ambiance is wonderfully inviting and understated, creating a calm, relaxed atmosphere that focuses entirely on enjoyment. The focus is on the quality of the cuisine, which is based on the principle of regional products (slow food). Highly recommended! We'd love to come back!
