The staff was kind and they even provided a round of shots on the house! I would definitely recommend.

I asked for the Bauernbrat’l “Tante Wally“, but was disappointing. The food was just reheated, hard and chewy and dry. The sauce made up somewhat for it, but not a lot. The Knödel was also obviously reheated, although would have been good if fresh. The Red Cabbage was good and the bread was also not fresh enough to justify placing it on the table (at least offer it slightly toasted). All in all, disappointing and missing on the potential.

Exactly what I would expect for classic German restaurant. Traditional setting, their own pils and incredible schnitzel with mushrooms.
