The bartender was attentive... read more I was just looking for a beer after arriving in Bremen. I walked around the old town area and stumbled upon this little, tiny place. The bartender was attentive and quick. The patrons seemed like locals and kept to themselves. I grabbed a pils and sat in the corner and people-watched for a while. One pils turned into three and eventually the locals came out of their shell and were chatty. A nice way to spend the first night in Bremen. Only detractor was that there was smoking allowed inside.
