read moreNestled in a tranquil location, this charming pub offers a delightful escape for food lovers. With an extensive menu featuring home-cooked meals, patrons rave about the steak and ale pie, celebrated for its generous portions, while gourmet cheesecakes leave a lasting impression. The friendly staff ensure a warm welcome, complemented by quick service and reasonable pricing. Diners appreciate the inviting atmosphere, complete with outdoor seating and a selection of real ales. Despite some inconsistencies in dish preparation, the overall experience makes it a hidden gem worth discovering, especially for fans of authentic English pub cuisine.
