What User doesn't like about Peter Beales Tea Room:
disappoint. when we arrived, there was a limited menu today, but it looked good. we ordered and paid for 2 sandwiches and a pasty. the sandwiches arrived, but not the pasty. So I went to the counter to question this, just to say that the pasties were all sold out. my man is not able to eat bread, so all we were offered was a refund. we had an insane lunch that eats our sandwiches, while my man was not careful to eat... Beautiful setting with excellent staff, we had a business brunch planned which was booked incorrectly due to a glitch in the hotels system. The man looking after us (apologies for not knowing his name) discretely resolved this offering us a number of options, which included continuing with our booking in the mirror room and keeping the kitchen open for us despite breakfast service being finished. Fantastic day of roses all in full blossom, disabled parking, also disabled toilet much to see and buy if they want.
A must see garden to visit... the roses and perfumes are an amazing site to see and smell....
