Excellent food in a very cozy space. The service is good, but it feels a bit like they are trying to get you in and out the door a bit too quickly.... somethimes even looking to get a food order, even before taking a drink order. View all feedback.
I visited the restaurant and was disappointed to find that they do not offer any vegan options.
We had breakfast at this restaurant during our recent trip to Breckenridge and it was a delightful surprise! The food was delicious, well prepared, and served in generous portions with excellent service. The coffee was fantastic, and they offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian options on their menu. We tried the La Raclette (a buckwheat flour crepe filled with raclette cheese, steamed potatoes, and pickles), mushroom quiche, and mushroom spinach and goat cheese omelet served on a large croissant. Everything was incredibly tasty. The service was excellent, and we learned that the restaurant is run by French individuals, adding to the authenticity of the food.
Dog friendly patio out back next to the creek. The pastries, sandwiches, and coffee are all fantastic l.
Man! I haven’t had a French meal that good since Avignon I posted this review 2 years ago Today I’m in Breckenridge again dining at my favorite French spot in Colorado. I’m alone, but who needs company when you have lovely Chateauneuf du Pape to entertain you. 1st course always tartar. I can’t tell if it’s the fresh baked bread or beef, but it definitely hits the spot. 2nd Dish, magnificent bone marrow escargot fantastic. At this point, I regret ordering the main. Should I cancel my order and get two more orders of escargot? It’s too late. The main is here. Wow, i’m angry. The main is amazing. I can’t pronounce it. It’s a seafood goulash. Piping hot and epic. epic! (Get it? I’m angry because I just realize this is the best French spot in 1000 mile radius from Chicago LA possibly one of the best meals I had this year and it’s not in Denver. Oh, and let me tell you about the staff. Unacceptable. When I dine in France, I’d like to be marginalized and dismissed. This is what I’m used to, and this is how it should be. But apparently not in La Francaise. Joe My garçon was definitely too nice and too good and he drink wine. I really hope when I die, I go to heaven and there’s a version of bistro like La Francaise
INCREDIBLE!! THE CHOCOLATE BEIGNET WAS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS WE 'VE EVER HAD!
