Recognised as a county wildlife site, our fishery offers a perfect chance to reconnect with nature. With five well-stocked and carefully maintained lakes, anglers can enjoy unlimited fishing for carp, tench, perch, bream, roach, rudd, barbel, and chub. We are dedicated to ensuring that anglers of all ages and abilities have a wonderful time, which is why most of our swims are disabled friendly. The portion of fish and chips was labeled as large, but it was really just a standard size, yet it was still enough for two people. The fish was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The chips were just right—not soggy at all. This restaurant is definitely a must-visit!
I looked for the best fish and chips nearby on the John Fowler website for Brean, and we were absolutely delighted! The food was freshly prepared, the portions were generous, and it was extremely tasty!
I ordered the large cod and chips for £10.40, and the cod was fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly, and the shop was extremely clean. We decided to share the fish and chips, and the portion was quite generous—there were nearly too many chips! Overall, we really enjoyed the meal.
