I love Italian Ice and made a trip out here just for this and to meet my friend in the area.There was plenty of parking when we arrived around 5 PM and only one customer sitting inside. The staff explained to us that all of the flavors were made in the store and there weren't any secret menu items. They don't gatekeep great things. I am sad to day that I was pretty disappointed in the service, food, and atmosphere. I've been to the Murrieta Rita's- 5s compared to here. I thought because of the location, it would be amazing. But there weren't many choices, customer service was sluggish (we were the only customers in sight and ordered a small to share.
