I love Italian Ice and made a trip out here just for this and to meet my friend in the area. There was plenty of parking when we arrived around 5 PM and only one customer sitting inside. The staff explained to us that all of the flavors were made in the store and there weren't any secret menu items. They don't gatekeep great things. What Pauline Wilsdorf doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard:

So my daughter wanted to get a cone but they charge them $10 and he cup is 6.60? Which make no sense, then the ice cream for me is too creamy not my thing. But it still tasted good.
I came in and got the mango gelati and ice and the girl in the front was very friendly and helpful with our order. 5/5 Stars!
Ice cream is always delicious. Been eating there for years. I was introduced to Rita’s ice cream parlor when I went back Houston Pennsylvania and my husband introduced me to. It had no idea it existed here on the West Coast up until I went to the East Coast.
Do yourself a flavor and try the gelati. It's soft serve custard with your choice of Italian ice. It's perfect for any day of the year. The ice helps cool you down on a hot day and the soft serve keeps things mellow on a cool day.
Tried it but it ain't it. Joe's Italian ice all day ?
