Once I finally got it, I had to ask for a spoon. They said they were out of spoons and crackers. I asked the manager why they didn’t tell me this when I ordered. She threatened to call the police on me. Gotta love minimum wage mentality!!! It’s obvious this store is desperate for help…EAT SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!

Absolutely the worst....they might as well shut this place down because they never have half the menu and the wait is Absolutely absurd as they only take one or... read more Absolutely the worst....they might as well shut this place down because they never have half the menu and the wait is Absolutely absurd as they only take one order at a time in drive thru and make everyone wait until that vehicle leaves the window and the lobby is always closed....the food has gotten worse with every vist which is getting very few and far between... disappointed every time!!!

Both doors to the main entrance are broke and there is a piece of paper instructing people to walk on the drive-thru exit side to an auxiliary door that works. This poses a safety issue and is an inconvenience for patrons. The men's? restroom(it is unmarked and has no urinal so I'm guessing it is the men's) toilet autoflush not working and the wash sink water wouldn't turn on for me either. There was sanitizer on the wall by the trash can.The staff were polite and courteous although I ordered online and had limited interaction with them. This store needs a maintenance person or something I'm not sure how it can last much longer falling apart.

One time I door dashed from here and ord... read more Every time I would go here and ask for a baked potato, they would say that it takes an hour to cook so there isn’t any. One time I door dashed from here and ordered a potato and they didn’t give it to me. I called and told them that it wasn’t in my bag and they told me to come in an hour and they’ll have my potato ready. So I went there in an hour just for them to tell me that there isn’t any. Also I got a coke from here and the lady put more ice and very little coke. I don’t know who the supervisor is for this Wendy’s but this supervisor needs to get his or hers employees in check and teach them the correct way how to work.
