This restaurant was listed on the top 10 in Brawley. Boy was it a treat. The temperature control was perfect. The food was delicious. Perfectly prepared with just the right serving amount. The waitress, Karen, was professional, courteous, and completely attentive to my needs and satisfaction. The price was perfectly appropriate. The establishment is clean, lighting could be better a bit dark in there, food was okay. rated this place a 2 star because they are super unorganized. Not only did they get or order wrong but they need a better way of keeping track of waiting clients and not just writing down clients name on receipt paper which got tossed away while we were there waiting to be seated. Good Mexican food. Drinks are good just be specific in what you want..I got Chimichanga, Cadillac Margarita n chips n salsa..Def will be back next wk!

The best word I can use to describe this place for dining is, mid . Nothing I have eaten here in the plenty of times I have come has been worthwhile. This location is mostly around to eat out with friends since there aren 't many restaurants in this town. That being said I 've had plenty of time to try their food and I have yet to try an item that has passed mid . Their beans and rice aren 't flavorful or even good. Special quesadilla is decent but that really isn 't a hard item to get. Enchiladas don 't have flavor and meat is never tender, their chips are solid though since they do make them there. If you are looking to get a drink then this might be the spot. Aside from that just eat before you go.
The food was delicious and my server was super friendly. I am visiting Brawley for the first time and will definitely come back to Las Chabelas next time I?m here
F ood was so so. Wish I could give it a better review but just was not that great.
