I stopped at the first bar I saw on entering Bratislava with a mobile phone issue, flat battery, refusing to charge and hence no nav, no comms, no location, tot... read more I stopped at the first bar I saw on entering Bratislava with a mobile phone issue, flat battery, refusing to charge and hence no nav, no comms, no location, totally screwed! Turns out that I landed lucky with this random choice. It was lovely and cool inside (I was seriously overheating at the time) and they have draught Guinness! Anyway, the team helped me out with a cold Guinness, power sockets (to try my chargers) and WiFi for my laptop. Id given up on the cables chargers I had and hence went looking for a wireless charger, when the barmaid offered to try her charger, which worked!! Anyway, I felt like they were very patient with me messing the place with all my gear and I’m super-grateful for their help and tolerance throughout. Lucky I stopped at this place!
