Got served an expired sandwich ordered from the menu, made 11 hours earlier. Just disgustingly cold, bad taste, bread completely mushy by old sauce, and cheese... read more Got served an expired sandwich ordered from the menu, made 11 hours earlier. Just disgustingly cold, bad taste, bread completely mushy by old sauce, and cheese passed away. I told them, they said it was made at 5am in the morning but served at 4pm in the afternoon!!! Incredible!!! They served another one, but it was actually the same, just warmer!! How disrespectful, then they said it is my fault because I chose the wrong item on the menu!!!! Very unprofessional, terribly worrisome!! I have been traveling for 4 years in 35 countries and I can tell this is One of the worst experienced I had in any restaurant around the world. I truly don't recommend. And ask anyone to avoid this cafe chain (they have 2 in Brasov).
