Open the damned dinning room! I don’t care how short staffed Bojangles is due to “COVID” or whatever excuse. I don’t like eating in my car, I want to wash my hands and if I or the staff forget something it can be rectified promptly and easily making my experience with your product much more pleasant and satisfying. Waited 30 minutes for the line to move and got home to find that my order was completely wrong. No receipt and they won’t answer the phone. I’d like a refund but likely won’t get it. View all feedback.
Tyrone and Tiffany were extremely busy the other day, as they were the only ones running the restaurant. However, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient while my family ordered. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you!
I always have a wonderful experience with the staff when I stop by for breakfast in the morning. The food is consistently delicious.
I stopped at this restaurant while traveling from Texas to North Carolina. The workers greeted me as soon as I walked in and the customer service was excellent. I dined in and the staff made sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The Bojangles was also very clean, which is important to me as I work in the Food Industry and always pay attention to the cleanliness of where I eat. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely visit again!
This place is clean. The employees were friendly and the food was correct and good.
