All my daughter wanted was a combo with tende... read more If I could give this experience 0 stars, I would. I walked in to get take out, since the drive thru line was long. All my daughter wanted was a combo with tenders and popcorn chicken. The lady taking my order wouldn't offer any such combos, so Iordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo with popcorn chicken on the side. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, and only got itafter I said I'd like a refund and to not get the food after waiting so long. Once I gave the food to my daughter she opened itin the car, and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. How can food smell and taste like cigarettes when restaurants are non-smoking? Itstunk up my whole car and was inedible. She ate some of the popcorn chicken since it was in a paper sleeve, but the chicken andfries were inedible!! During my 40 minute wait another customer wanted the same order as my daughter. A third customer said itis called the boneless box and costs much less that what I paid. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS KFC!!! I tried to call therestaurant to talk to a manager only to be put on hold and hung up on.

They also forgot to put my coleslaw in the bag so this location is in debt to me $1.25, But there?s no amount that can be repaid for the emotional damage caused. Perhapsmake the food orders easier for the employees to read?

He said there was a fellow compl... read more We decided on KFC for dinner because it has been ages since have had the famous big crunch sandwich. Hubby went in and ordered. He said there was a fellow complaining and quite agitated about his long wait the whole time which made everyone uncomfortable.It is chicken and it has to be deep fried to a certain temperature sheeesh. It did take quite awhile for our food for take-outabout 25 minutes but there was several people in line waiting for large bucket meals. I am glad we were not idling at drive-thrufor that long. Food was great, not too greasy, very crispy! Hubby came back 2 days later and ordered a 4 piece meal. Same waittime as before. No gravy as it ran out and was right before closing at 8pm which is understandable. Chicken was fabulous socompliments to the cook in the kitchen. If they can work on getting the orders out faster there would be positive results andreviews!
