Wendy's - Branson

Quality of product has gone WAY down, and the working employees don’t know how to cook up fries or nuggets correctly without bringing them out burnt crunch chip or undercooked. They were just biggie bags but the burger meat as soon as o took a bite it was completely cold, and too the “gentleman” who thought it was appropriate to tie your shirt in the front while at work to show off your stomach, your disgusting.

Drive-Thru order, left out items I ordered. By the time I was able to eat my order the food was cold. Horrible wait time

Owner. Please pay attention to your store. Employees are not clean. Throwing trash out and then show up inside handling food!!!! Food is inconsistent and not in the standards of the other Wendy's stores. Not even a thank you or welcome on drive-thru.

Went here through the drive thru after closing at my work, which is actually right over on Branson Hills as well, and asked if I could please get all fresh fries and chicken and I didn't mind the wait for it, I was assured that “that'd be no problem” so waited almost 10 minutes and drove home, only to discover my spicy chicken sandwich wasn't super hot and definitely not fresh, but the fries and other items were made fresh, funny thing is they tried to convince me this was fresh and I've worked … – show

Service was quick despite the sunday crowd, food was great, even had my order upgraded by accident, so no complaints there lol. The people working there did a great job and I hope everyone will enjoy their visit, I definitely will go back.
