It was quite disappointing, and I'm sure they are aware of it.

The service was terrible. We waited for about 5 to 10 minutes, and the staff member didn't even acknowledge our presence. I would rate the service a 0 out of 10... read more The service was terrible. We waited for about 5 to 10 minutes, and the staff member didn't even acknowledge our presence. I would rate the service a 0 out of 10, and the food was just as disappointing, also a 0 out of 10. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all; it’s better to go to the McDonald’s next door.

We are truck drivers and eat at subway a lot.Last weekend the 15thWe were home for a break .We were going to buy 2 subs, using the coupon of, buy 1 1-foot long sub with a drink get a 1 foot long sub for free. The problem is that they would NOT let us get a #9 #20. They were making us buy what they WANTED us to buy. Sorry but NO one tells a paying customer what they are going to eat. We leftThe store is on 76 in Branson Mo across from McDonald's.So SadThis is NOT ACCEPTABLE in any form or fashion.LOST DEPENDABLE CUSTOMERS
