Great alternative to Fast Food Burger. This is just a reliable ol? fashionable hamburger, with crispy edges on a soft bungalow. Extras like you like. Service here was friendly. What User doesn't like about Steak N Shake:
Not great. We order and wait 10-15 minutes for drinks. Food lasted 35 minutes. Our waitress never came back to ask if we need anything. At the end of my meal I had to finish my meal with my mothers water, as we were never asked if refills on drinks were necessary. Ketchup bottle was empty. Best Steak 'n Shake we 've been to. We come several times everytime we are in Branson. Staff takes pride in their food even if it 's something as simple as burgers and fries. Everything is fresh and delicious.
This was a bucket list restaurant for our family. We try to hit a new restaurant on our list every vacation. This location didn't disappoint. We had 11 adults and 2 toddlers and the staff was awesome! The food and shakes were really good too. Everyone in our group said if we had one in the area where we lived we'd be back. We recommend!
Great food. Great service. I noticed wait staff worked together as a team to ensure food delivered to tables quickly. Very busy today but seated quickly, servers came to table quickly, food delivered quickly (did I say quickly) and even took time to check on us. Not once but twice. Our Dallas area Steak and Shakes are closed down. So while visiting here in Branson, this place was first on the list to eat at. We were not disappointed! Oh, and the oldies set the mood perfectly!!
We had great food, good service and my cousins from CA thought the shakes were amazing and want to go back to another steak n shake before going back home to CA.
As much as I don 't like fat food burgers, Steak 'n Shake, probably, had the best tasting burger out there. They 're always made fresh and I just love the fries. Want to have a shake with that? They have some really good ones! This particular restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly and on time.
