Last time I was there I noticed they made a variety of breakfast sandwiches. I stopped this morning and ordered a steak, egg&cheese and was informed that they had ran out of eggs. No biggie I thought and i 'll have a steak and cheese then. The girl rang up the order and it was full price! I asked her if I got a break because there were no eggs. She said Oh no, we can 't do that. Now in the grand scheme of things .50 doesn 't mean anything but loyalty does. I 'm new to the area and drive past a subway and about a dozen other take-out places on my to and from home and my loyalties have always been to this locally-owned like-minded business but I guess its been a one way street......After reading the owners response I 'm wandering what other information you need? I pretty much summed up the events of that day and sending me to Quiznos home page? Albeit it was thoughtful its of little use.

It took 45 minutes to get our sandwiches, and my soup was extremely thin. In fact, I got the soup well before the sandwiches; the timing was just off. The slow service was unacceptable, especially since it seemed like they had enough staff. I'm really disappointed because I've been eating here since it opened. I think they need to reconsider having that woman with the messy green hair at the counter; her attitude and appearance were not suitable for a customer-facing role. I truly love the food here, so I’ll give it one more chance next time!

I'm new to the area and I drive past a Subway and about a dozen other take-out places on my way home, but I've always chosen to support this locally-owned business. It seems my loyalty has been one-sided. After reading the owner's response, I’m left wondering what other information you need from me. I've already summarized the events of that day, and directing me to Quiznos’ homepage, while thoughtful, isn’t very helpful.
