This review is for the Branson MO location. I downloaded the Olive Garden app to book my pickup order online but several things seemed to be lacking within the app itself. My notes I provided for the order were apparently not passed to the local restaurant, and there seemed to be no way to check in from the app itself. Pre-pandemic this would have likely not bothered me as much, but by this point in time (01/02/22)I would have expected the pickup process to be working very smoothly. I called the local location once I was onsite to pickup the order, and someone still had to run out to my parking spot to ask what I needed. I assume an employee saw me sitting in one of the curbside pickup spots at the time and never received my message from when I called the location.
There was 30 mins wait in weekday, probably there would be more wait on weekend- please plan accordingly. Amazing ambience and staff. Service is quick, food was hot and delicious. They have large indoor seating area also has lot of parking space outside the location. Can be accessed quickly from main road. It’s a busy place.
Our waiter was cool as hell and the food was great. The chicken Parmesan was lightly breaded with a crunch and cooked PERFECTLY.
Jen is the BEST. The greatest dining experience we’ve ever had. Even though they were busy, she provided amazing customer service to us and her other tables. Since it was my birthday, I convinced my fiancé to leave a big tip because we were blown away! The food was good enough on its own (thanks to her recommendations) but she really made our night.
