Had a great time. Our server Rob was amazing. He even surprised my hubby with a Birthday treat. The Dungeness Crab was to die for. Hubby had the fish and chips..2 giant filets, and said it was the best. View all feedback.
What pokeandgiggle doesn't like about Joe's Crab Shack:
The food was very disappointing, again. I was told 3rd times a charm. Not in this case. I spent $100 with tip and fed 2 toddlers and 1 audlt. The service wasn't very good. Not one employee seemed to want to be there. I'd say with the atmosphere poor food quality and price, there may be a management/owner problem (not to say that's the reason why I had 2 prior very similar bad experience at this specific Jo's). I haven't been back here in years because the last time I went it was horrible. This time was Excellent. Way to make a repeat customer!!
We got here and had reservations…still had to wait two hours, and the food was just adequate. I guess you're paying for the privilege of walking in to Joe's Crab Shack. I was disappointed. And I would have gone somewhere else if there wasn't 15 of us.
Food was expensive, mediocre at best. Fish tacos lacked real taste. Pasta was just ok. That's about the best I can do. It was a birthday dinner and a major disappointment. I don't take submitting poor reviews lightly but just cannot do better then this.
Food was great! Drinks were excellent! Music was too loud for my taste though!
It was not the best! Joe's is my fav seafood restaurant. I try to visit every time Im near one. This location was not so appealing. The food was very bland! Hard and cold! Will make sure to skip this location next time!
