You have your standard service rating, you good rating, the atmosphere rating and now how well they're implementing pandemic precautions. Here goes: Our server was Brooks and he was training a new employee. Brooks was awesome. Efficient, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was above average and we had a nice view of the river. The Covid-19 procedures were very nicely in place. In fact better than anything else we've experienced in Branson. Masks, check. Tables spaced appropriately, check. Thank you! The food was unfortunately the low point if this visit. I had chicken Alfredo and loaded potato soup. The pasta dish barely had any flavor, but the soup was not even edible. I tried adding salt and pepper but that didn't work. Our server replaced it with the salad option. Thank you Brooks. My guest had the nachos. Very plentiful enough to share to be sure. His drink an LIT, was terrible. This was our first time at this chain, and we won't seek it out again. I tipped Brooks based on his skills, not on the food.

He was incredibly attentive and had a wonderful way with the kids. He would serve the children first, which kept them happy and quiet, and he had a knack for reading the room perfectly. If you were chatting with others at the table, he would take that opportunity to refill your drinks without interrupting. His speed was impressive, and the food was delicious too. I highly recommend the baked potato soup!

Consistently, we have encountered excellent... read more Every year, we spend at least a week in Branson, and during that time, we make it a point to have lunch here twice. Consistently, we have encountered excellent service from friendly staff, and the food has always been top-notch. We enjoy ordering drinks, settling in, and conversing while we wait for our meals, which I consider a perfectly reasonable wait for ordered food. Over the years, our experiences have been consistently positive; I can’t recall a single occasion where we didn't have a great time and a fantastic lunch. Before sharing my review, I wanted to see if anything had changed, but after returning for lunch today, I can confirm that it was just as wonderful as always. We will undoubtedly be back!

Also in December the view of Lake Taneycomo was beautiful.

Our sandwiches stil... read more We had a party of 5 and were in a hurry to make a reservation, but had to wake up first. So we informed our server and she told the kitchen. Our sandwiches still took a bit to us, but the server often came by to make sure we were still okay and informed if our food was ready! She was super nice and the foot was hot, fresh and delicious!! And we did it in a lot of time for our reservation, thanks to them!
